VARSITY FIT TRAINING GUIDE RESOURCES:
The Varsity Fit Training Guide is for cheerleaders and dancers looking to increase their physical fitness. Created by cheer and dance professionals, this series of workouts will help to improve physical fitness with skill progression in mind - strengthen your body, strengthen your skills!
Before you get started, download & print the #VarsityFit Fitness Log
. Take the Fitness Test
and log your results! After you complete the program, you'll take the Fit Test again to document your progress.
2. Plan your workouts
16 workouts total make up the Varsity Fit Training Guide. For optimum results, complete the 8-week program within 8 weeks while tracking your progress. You can do two workouts a week (8-week training), or for a more advanced challenge four workouts a week (4-week training). Find the list view of workouts here
3. Challenge your team or a friend
Working out is fun, but working out with a team or friends is even better! Challenge someone you know to take the #VarsityFit challenge, and share your progress and journey with us by using #VarsityFit on social.
4. Final Fit Test
You can take the Fit Test at the end of 4 weeks for a quick look at your progress, or take it at the end of the 8-week program for a final evaluation of your progress.
5. Share your results
After you complete the program and compare your test results, share your experience and progress online by tagging #VarsityFit
