Out with the old and in with the new! As 2016 comes to a close, it's time to make your annual New Year's resolutions. Here's a bucket list of ten things that you can plan to accomplish in the new year!

1. Conquer a new skill

It's time to finally land that new tumbling pass that you have been working on for months now. Put in the work at practice and open gyms and you'll soon see results!

2. Get closer with your stunt group

A strong bond with your teammates will help you work better together at practice and ensure that your squad will make it through the hard times to come later in the season. Plan team bonding activities such as sleepovers or karaoke nights and let the bonding begin!

3. Do something active outside of practice with your team

Take a yoga class or do a color run as a team for a fun workout off the mat!
