The Varsity Fit Training Guide is an 8 or 4-week workout program for cheerleaders and dancers. Take the Varsity Fit Test before and after the program to track your results from start to finish!

Tip: You're not measuring your results against a predetermined benchmark. You're measuring your progress based on your individual before and after Fit Test results.
