The 2023 NCA All-Star National Championship is upon us, and teams have worked all season long to perfect the skills they will take to the mat this February. The best of the best are heading to the Lone Star State for the chance to take home the coveted NCA Alll-Star National Championship title!

Teams competing in the L6 Senior Large All Girl and L6 Senior Large Coed divisions are gearing up to take on the fierce competition. The performances from these two divisions are filled with extraordinary pyramids, stunt sequences, and crowd-engaging choreography. We already know the Arena will be packed with cheering fans but who will prove to be victorious this year?

As we prepare to find our seats in the Arena and watch all the action unfold, let’s take a closer look at the teams competing in the L6 Senior Large All Girl and L6 Senior Large Coed divisions! 

L6 Senior Large All Girl

The Stingray All Stars - Orange

The reigning NCA All-Star National Champions are back and ready to defend their title. After taking home the top spot in Dallas last season, Orange went on to snag gold at The Cheerleading Worlds with a score of 140. The Orange Rays dominated this division in 2022, but will they remain on top this year? Tune in to Varsity TV to watch and see if the Rays will crush their routine at NCA!

Cheer Extreme - Senior Elite

Cheer Extreme Senior Elite is a fan favorite each year in Dallas and they always get the crowd singing in the Arena. In 2022 Senior Elite took second in the L6 Senior Large division with a final score of 95.9. The teal ladies are coming off a sweet victory at The MAJORS 2023 after displaying a near-perfect routine, will they continue to top the division as we head into NCA?

World Cup - Shooting Stars

After coming off of a second-place finish at The Cheerleading Worlds 2023, the Shooting Stars are aiming to hit a solid performance in Dallas. The team is known for their explosive tumbling and eccentric choreography that always seems to get the crowd on their feet. The Shooting Stars took third last season at NCA and we are anxiously waiting to see what the Jersey Girls bring to the mat this season.

Cheer Athletics Plano - Panthers

Right in their home state, the Panthers from Cheer Athletics are ready to show off their high-flying skills in front of a roaring crowd. Panthers finished fourth last year at NCA but they are looking to climb back to the top of the division for the first time since winning the title of NCA Grand National Champion in 2018!

L6 Senior Large Coed

Top Gun All Stars - TGLC 

Last season Top Gun TGLC had the comeback of the weekend at NCA All-Star! TGLC earned 2.3 points in deductions on Day 1 and was sitting in third place heading into Day 2. The Miami team came out swinging on Sunday and smacked a zero-deduction routine to climb back up the ranks and claim the L6 Senior Large Coed championship title! 

Known for their dynamic and high-paced performances, TGLC is always equipped to deliver an exciting show to the audience. Can Top Gun All Stars take home the title again this season?

Cheer Athletics - Cheetahs

The Cheetahs from Cheer Athletics are back and hungry for more after placing second in this division last year! The team performed a jam-packed routine that was only 1.6167 points behind the champions. Cheer Athletics has a reputation of exhibiting precise technique in both tumbling and stunting sections year after year. 

Fun Fact: Cheer Athletics remains one of the largest All-Star cheerleading programs in the country!

The Stingray All Stars - Steel 

The Stingray All Stars took home third place at the 2022 NCA All-Star National Championship with a score of 94.8. Steel went on to take second at The Cheerleading Worlds 2022 behind TGLC.
