USA Spirit Nationals began in 1984, bringing together competitors from the cheerleading, song/pom, mascot, and pep flag activities. This competition is unique for the variety of teams it brings together, unifying all types of spirit teams in one place. This weekend, spirited high school teams will show off their skills at the 2023 USA Spirit Nationals and you can watch all the action live on Varsity TV!
USA Spirit Nationals: Group Stunt Advanced
Get ready for a weekend full of exciting performances by taking a look back at the top-three teams in the Group Stunt Advanced division at the 2022 USA Spirit Nationals. All three of the competitive teams will return to the Anaheim Convention Center in Hall C.
Group Stunt routines are 1 minute long and include 4-5 members from the same school. The Group Stunt Advanced division has no stunt or tumbling restrictions other than those outlined in the NFHS Spirit Rule Book. The groups will execute stunts of their choice and are judged on difficulty and execution.
Last year, Xavier College Preparatory High School won the division with an extraordinary 7-point lead. The team sat in first place above 12 other teams in the division after the Preliminary round of competition. Will Xavier College Preparatory High School come back to Anaheim and reclaim the title?
