February is over and that means we are nearing the end of the all star season and one step closer to finding out who will make history as the first-ever winners of The League!

This season, Varsity All Star announced a new way for teams to find out how they compare against other teams across the country. The League is a season-long battle to the top that will crown champions and award $500K in awards and prizes!

The League divides the country into five regions and will compare teams based on age categories. The four age categories will be Youth, Junior, Senior, and Coed. Both regionally and nationally, The League will compare all teams across Levels in each age category and split by Division I and Division II. 

That means DI Junior teams will compete against all other DI Junior teams, regardless of Level.

At each Varsity All Star event your team completes, your team will earn points based on the assigned event and placement point value. At the end of the season, your top 5 Varsity All Star event scores will be used to calculate your final standing. In total, 120 winners will be recognized from 1st – 3rd place across each region. One champion will be crowned in each of the 5 regions across the 8 eligible divisions, meaning 40 champions will be awarded in total.

Last weekend,  thousands of teams took the mat at the 2023 NCA All-Star National Championship and the 2023 COA Columbus Grand Nationals to try and earn up to 600 points to add to their League total. There was a lot of movement within The League standings and now there are some new faces on top of the leaderboard.
