Everything you need to know to watch the 2024 Aloha Portland Showdown on Varsity TV on January 13-14.
The Aloha Portland Showdown, part of the Aloha Spirit Championships calendar, returns to the Oregon Convention Center in Portland, Oregon, in 2024, and Varsity TV will be there to provide live coverage of the event.
Since 2001, Aloha Spirit events have been bringing a bit of Hawaiian magic to states across the country, and that’ll be the same in 2024, with visits to Massachusetts, Tennessee, Oregon, Maryland, Pennsylvania, Oklahoma, Arizona, Virginia, Indiana, New York, Florida and Arkansas.
At each event, competitors and guests often dress in luau-themed attire, and the awards also share the Hawaiian theme.

What To Know About The Oregon Convention Center
The Aloha Portland Showdown returns to the Oregon Convention Center in 2024, and while winters in the Pacific Northwest are known for being a little dark and damp, the talent and excitement of the event should brighten things up.

The League by Varsity All Star
The League by Varsity All Star is the official ranking system for the sport of All Star cheerleading, changing the conversation from “Who won the weekend?” to “Who ranks at the top this season?”
Every team that competes at a Varsity All Star Event this season will be included in The League by Varsity All Star.
Team rankings are determined by the Points System displayed here. At each Varsity All Star event your team competes, your team will earn points based on the assigned event and placement point value.
At the end of the season, your five best Varsity All Star event scores will be used to calculate your final rank.
In total, 120 winners will be recognized from first to third place across each region. One champion will be crowned in each of the five regions across the eight eligible divisions, meaning 40 champions will be awarded in total. Champions will win cash and prizes!
