Things To Do In Kissimmee, Florida
Yes, Kissimmee, Florida, is charming in its own right, with a variety of things to see and do – public parks, Spring Training baseball, walking and biking trails, rivers, lakes, springs, golf, historic Old Town, airboat rides, animal adventures and more – but at the end of the day, it’s only a small piece of the amazing Central Florida landscape.
Kissimmee is minutes from the Orlando International Airport, down the road from Walt Disney World and the area’s countless amusement parks and other attractions, and a short drive to either coast of Florida.
Perhaps enjoying the slower, quieter pace of Kissimmee would mix well with some time on a roller coaster or shopping, fishing, boating, or taking in a sporting event in one of the state’s lively cities. The possibilities really are endless, but here’s a list of things to do to help the decision-making process.
Then, it’s time to eat. Seafood? A theme restaurant? Fresh oranges and strawberries? Dining with a view? Yes, more decisions, but it’s impossible to go wrong! Check out this list of places to eat and drink while in Florida.
