All Star cheerleaders are getting ready to ring in the New Year with a big competition to open up 2024 at Spirit Cheer Super Nationals in Atlantic City, New Jersey. What better way to start the New Year than to win to earn some big points towards The League by Varsity All Star! Teams who win first place will earn 700 Points towards The League!
This is the first-ever 700 point Super National event for The League as this was a new feature added to The League for the 2023-2024 season. A designated Super National event in each region will be worth 700 points including Spirit Cheer Super Nationals (NE), JAMfest Cheer Super Nationals (MW), CHEERSPORT Nationals (SE), NCA All Star Nationals (SW), and USA All Star Nationals (W).
This will also be one of the last events before teams get their first look at The Leaderboard which is set to be revealed on January 9, 2024. Ahead of the first Super National event of the season, let's take a look back at last year's competition in the L6 Senior - XSmall division, a division loaded with talent for The League 6.

The League by Varsity All Star
The League by Varsity All Star is the official ranking system for the sport of All Star cheerleading, changing the conversation from “Who won the weekend?” to “Who ranks at the top this season?”
Every team who competes at a Varsity All Star Event this season will be included in The League. Team rankings are determined by the Points System displayed here. Teams earn points based on the assigned event and placement point value.
At the end of the season, your top 6 Varsity All Star event scores will be used to calculate your final rank. In total, 120 winners will be recognized from 1st – 3rd place across each region. One champion will be crowned in each of the 5 regions across the 8 eligible divisions, and two League 6 conferences, meaning 42 champions will be awarded in total. Champions will win cash and prizes!
