What To Know About The Peoria Civic Center

The 2024 CSG Peoria Challenge will take place at the Peoria Civic Center, located in the heart of downtown Peoria, Illinois.

The venue, opened in 1982, now includes an arena, theater, ballroom, exhibit halls, and plenty of meeting space, allowing the city to continue welcoming many exciting events.

The exhibit space at the Civic Center spans 110,000 square feet, while the ballroom adds another 27,000 square feet of versatile space.

The Carver Arena is the home of the Peoria Rivermen of the SPHL (minor league hockey) and the Bradley University men’s basketball team, but it can quickly be transformed to host concerts, shows, conventions, and more.

For hockey fans headed to Peoria for the cheer event, the Rivermen will be hosting the Quad City Storm the same evening (Nov. 2) at 7:15 p.m. local time.
