While the Bluegrass State is famous for many things, one of the biggest is the University of Kentucky men’s basketball, which has helped put the Central Bank Center and Rupp Arena on the map. The 19,000-seat venue is named in honor of longtime Kentucky basketball coach Adolph Rupp.
Along with memorable hoops action each season, the venues usually are bustling with some kind of games, concerts, shows and other events.
