The American Grand Grand Nationals - What To Look Out For:

The Final Event Weekend of 2024!

It has been an exciting year full of memories, championships and incredible cheerleading routines! All the hard work has led us to this moment with the last event weekend before turning the page to 2025! Although it's still early on in the season, this event weekend is one that's very important! After this weekend, we will have pretty much seen every single program & team take the stage! Coaches start to grasp that understanding of where their teams stand. Everyone starts to understand their strengths & areas of improvement. A solid hit on stage this weekend can give teams all the momentum heading into the New Year!

First Two Day Event for MACS All Star Cheer & South Coast Cheer

It's going to be a weekend full of excitement for these West Coast powerhouse programs! MACS All Star Cheer & South Coast Cheer are two programs who have found a great deal of success across the board from competition results to The League by Varsity All Star. South Coast Cheer Fearless finished in 2nd place in The League 6 All Girl Conference, and MACS All Stars Senior Starz finished in 6th Place for The League 6 Coed Conference. South Coast Cheer Scarlet took the win in the D1 Senior West regional race, and MACS Vengeance finished in 4th place in the D1 Coed West region.

We've seen both these programs take the stage at least once this season, however this is the first two-day event of the season for both programs! Both programs are going big this season with eye-catching routines full of unique elements and wow moments! South Coast Cheer Miss Twist in the L5 Senior - Large division already scored a 98.40 this season at the 2024 GSSA Ontario Challenge. They're definitely a must-watch team this weekend! South Coast Cheer Fearless is also a fan favorite team taking the stage this weekend. Fearless has done it all from World Champions, NCA Champions, MAJORS Champions, CHEERSPORT Champions... and they're back in action this weekend in Las Vegas! MACS All Star Cheer has had 8 teams score a 98 or higher, with MACS SHADOW scoring a 99.00! Keep an eye on all their teams this weekend, including MACS All Star Cheer Senior Starz taking on the L6 Limited Senior Small Coed division this season.

West Coast Fame Allstars Set To Take The Stage

West Coast Fame Allstars Cheer is another program that dominated the West in the D2 League by Varsity All Star standings last season! West Coast Fame Allstars Cheer will have five teams in action this weekend including BLACKOUT, BOMBSHELLS, OBSESSION, GLAMOUR and MAFIA. GLAMOUR finished in 3rd place in the D2 Junior - West region standings last season, with BOMBSHELLS taking the win in the D2 Youth - West standings!! MAFIA also took the win in the D2 Coed - West standings. Safe to say, West Coast Fame Allstars has figured out the secret to finding success both on the competition stage, and on The Leaderboard for The League by Varsity All Star! Keep an eye on all these teams this weekend as they close out December strong!

The League by Varsity All Star

The League by Varsity All Star is the official ranking system for the sport of All Star cheerleading, changing the conversation from “Who won the weekend?” to “Who ranks at the top this season?”

Every team that competes at a Varsity All Star Event this season will be included in The League by Varsity All Star.

Team rankings are determined by the Points System displayed here. At each Varsity All Star event your team competes, your team will earn points based on the assigned event and placement point value.

At the end of the season, your six best Varsity All Star event scores will be used to calculate your final rank.

In total, 128 winners will be recognized from first to third place across each region. One champion will be crowned in each of the five regions across the eight eligible divisions, and two League 6 conferences, meaning 42 champions will be awarded in total. Champions will win cash and prizes!
