The event will take place at the Nashville Municipal Auditorium, and all of the action will be broadcast live on Varsity TV.
American Cheer Power has been putting on championship events across the country for more than 35 years, and there’s always an emphasis on FUN.

What To Know About The Nashville Municipal Auditorium
In 2025, the Cheer Power Nashville Showdown heads to the Nashville Municipal Auditorium in Nashville, Tennessee, which officially opened its doors in 1962 and has hosted everything from cheer competitions to the circus, auto shows, religious events, trade shows, and more.
The arena floor offers more than 17,000 square feet of exhibit/competition space when the seating is in place and nearly 33,000 square feet when it’s not. The venue has room for more than 9,600 spectators. There also is a 38,000-square foot outdoor plaza.
Some permanent visitors to the venue are the Nashville Kats, a professional arena football team. The third incarnation of the team – announced in late 2023 – played at the Nashville Municipal Auditorium from early May through the summer.
In 2025, the Nashville Municipal Auditorium will also be home to Athletes Unlimited Pro Basketball, a professional women’s basketball league that will bring 40 of the best female hoopsters in the world to Nashville from early February through early March.

The League by Varsity All Star
The League by Varsity All Star is the official ranking system for the sport of All Star cheerleading, changing the conversation from “Who won the weekend?” to “Who ranks at the top this season?”
Every team that competes at a Varsity All Star event this season will be included in The Varsity Cheer League.
Team rankings are determined by the points system displayed here. At each Varsity All Star event your team competes, your team will earn points based on the assigned event and placement point value.
At the end of the season, your six best Varsity All Star event scores will be used to calculate your final rank.
In total, 128 winners will be recognized from first to third place across each region.
One champion will be crowned in each of the five regions across the eight eligible divisions and two League 6 conferences, meaning 42 championships will be awarded in total. Champions will win cash and prizes!
