The Dallas-Fort Worth area will be buzzing with competitive dance and cheer activity this weekend, as a pair of national events bring many of the country’s best young athletes to the metroplex. 

First, the National Dance Alliance All-Star National Championship will take over the Gaylord Texan Resort in Grapevine, Texas, from Jan. 24-26, and Varsity TV will be there to provide live coverage of the event.

The Gaylord Texan Resort is a complete vacation destination and a great way for competitors and their guests to escape the winter blues. 

Along with top-notch accommodations for the competition, the property includes the Paradise Springs Water Park, activities and entertainment for the whole family, indoor atriums, a spa and fitness center, restaurants, bars, proximity to Lake Grapevine and easy access to the diverse Dallas-Fort Worth area.

The other top-tier event being held Jan. 24-26 is the 2025 National Cheerleaders Association High School National Championship, which will take place at the nearby Kay Bailey Hutchison Convention Center in Dallas.
