High school dance teams have been hard at work all school year preparing their routines for the 2025 UDA National Dance Team Championship! Now, it's almost time to watch all the hard work come to fruition as these teams reveal their incredible routines on stage! The 2025 UDA National Dance Team Championship is set to take place January 31 - February 2 at The Walt Disney World Resort in Orlando, Florida. We are getting so excited to see what these teams have been working hard for all season! To prepare for all the action, here is a look at some teams & storylines to keep an eye on as we get ready for another amazing year.

Teams Looking to Add To Their Storied History:
Coral Reef High School
The Coral Reef High School Cudettes will return to the 2025 UDA National Dance Team Championship as the reigning Large Varsity Jazz National Champions, and the silver medalist in Large Varsity Hip Hop. In 2023, Coral Reef High School went big taking home the title in both Large Varsity Jazz & Large Varsity Hip Hop. Safe to say, the Cudettes are no strangers to finding success. They are 18x UDA National Champions, and are looking to continue to add to the legacy each season. Hailing from Miami, the Cudettes have become known for bringing a unique style to the table. We can't wait to see what their routines look like this season!
St. Thomas More Catholic
St. Thomas More Catholic High School made 2024 a season to remember as the National Champions in both Medium Varsity Jazz and Medium Varsity Pom. The Sparklers were also the double champions in both Jazz & Pom at the 2023 UDA National Dance Team Championship. The Sparklers represent Layfayette, Louisiana strong with 30 UDA National Championships in their name! This season, St. Thomas More Catholic is going for number six in a row for jazz, and going for three in a row for pom. The Sparklers are known for bringing such a clean, crisp, and entertaining dance style to the table!
Rising Teams To Keep an Eye On:
St. Joseph's Academy Red Steppers
The St. Joseph's Academy Red Steppers are a team on the rise. This season is only their sixth season as a program, but they already have found some great success as 2x Game Day National Champions. The Red Steppers were the 2024 National Champions in the Large Varsity Division II Game Day division, also in 2021. The team has also medaled the last two seasons in both Large Varsity Jazz and Large Varsity Hip Hop. 2023 & 2024 brought the Red Steppers a second place finish in Large Varsity Jazz and a third place finish in Large Varsity Hip Hop. St. Joseph's Academy is a program to keep an eye on as they continue to make a name for themselves in these talented divisions!

Eisenhower High School
Eisenhower High School is a great team to look out for in both the Medium Varsity Jazz & Medium Varsity Hip Hop divisions. The team has become known for being a contender in these divisions year after year! The Eisenhower Dance team went back-to-back as National Champions in Medium Varsity Hip Hop in 2022 & 2023. In 2024, Eisenhower High School finished in second place in both Medium Varsity Jazz & Medium Varsity Hip Hop. They gave us a routine we will never forget in Medium Varsity Hip Hop with their Michael Jackson inspired routine!
Zachary High School
The Zachary High School Belles are coming back to the 2025 UDA National Dance Team Championship with all the momentum! The Belles won their first-ever Large Varsity Hip Hop National Championship in 2024 in a division loaded with so much talent. This season, The Belles are back and looking to continue to add to their legacy. Zachary High School also won a UDA National Championship in 2023 in the Large Varsity High Kick division.

Mountain Brook High School
It was a magical season for Mountain Brook High School at the 2024 UDA National Dance Team Championship. Mountain Brook High School has competed at the UDA National Dance Team Championship for decades and have brought home many top-ten finishes, but last season was their first time ever bringing home a National Championship. Mountain Brook High School secured the win in Large Varsity High Kick showcasing incredible flexibility, precision and grace throughout their entire routine. Keep an eye on the team to see how they continue to build off that momentum for this year's championship.
