How To Watch The 2025 Spirit Sports Grand Nationals

Spirit Sports Grand Nationals is headed back to the Palm Springs Convention Center in Palm Springs, California, in 2025, and even if you can’t be there in person, you can follow your favorite cheerleaders and dancers on Varsity TV.

Varsity TV will be there to provide live coverage of the event from Jan. 31-Feb. 2.

Spirit Sports Grand Nationals is one of the major events each season that brings the nation’s top cheer AND dance teams to one amazing location. 

Competitors will get to showcase their skills and talent, pick up points to The Varsity Cheer League by Varsity All Star and earn bids to one of the end-of-season championships, but there also are giveaways, dance parties and sing-alongs to keep the fun going.

The dance portion of the weekend will be Powered by The Groove Experience, which will help transform the venue and experience into incredible memories.
