Last year, USA All Star Super Nationals was one big event for both cheer and dance competitors, but the two will have the spotlight to themselves this season.

First, USA All Star Dance Super Nationals takes over the Anaheim Convention Center in Anaheim, California, on March 22-23.

Simultaneously, the USA All Star Cheer Super Nationals will be taking place at the nearby Los Angeles Convention Center in Los Angeles. 

Collectively, the two events will bring more than 7,000 athletes (from youth to college-age) and 15,000 spectators to the West Coast.

Oh, and Varsity TV will be there to provide live coverage of it all!

Whether they’re under the same roof or not, the USA All Star Dance Super Nationals/USA All Star Cheer Super Nationals are among the West Coast’s premier events and offer one final push before the prestigious end-of-season competitions take place.

The United Spirit Association debuted in 1950 and now produces a variety of national events for athletes of all ages and skill levels, from youth to college. USA All Star Dance Super Nationals, one of the largest events in the western United States, began in 1995. 

The organization also is known for summer training camps that provide the ideal environment to learn and be creative and make lifelong friends.

What To Know About The Anaheim Convention Center 

The Anaheim Convention Center in Anaheim, California, has become a familiar destination for the top dance and cheer teams on the West Coast, and that isn’t going to be any different in 2025.

A pair of events this month – USA All Star Dance Super Nationals and USA Dance Nationals (more on this event for school teams in a separate article) – will bring some of the country’s top young dancers back to Anaheim.

As the largest convention center on the West Coast, the venue regularly welcomes a variety of events, including meetings, shows, exhibitions, competitions and sporting events, and many dancers will be making a return visit to the facility. 

USA All Star Dance Super Nationals is for All Star teams, and they’ll compete March 22-23. USA Dance Nationals is for school teams and performers and will take place across three days – March 21-23. Together, they will bring thousands of athletes and supporters to Anaheim. 

The convention center, opened in 1967, now spans more than 50 acres and features 1.8 million square feet of event space, thanks to a recent $190 million expansion. 

Additional meeting and exhibition space can be found at one of the four nearby hotels. There are more than 3,700 hotels rooms, and visitors can walk everywhere!
