The U.S. Finals: Des Moines is back at the Richard O. Jacobson Exhibition Center in Des Moines, Iowa, in 2025, and it’s one of 10 end-of-season events that allow teams to finish their seasons close to home with one more chance to make memories with their friends and families. 

This is one of three events scheduled for April 12. The others will be in Galveston, Texas; and Fort Walton Beach, Florida. The opening weekend of action on April 5 will see events take place in Tacoma, Washington; Myrtle Beach, South Carolina; and Chicago.

Trenton, New Jersey; Worcester, Massachusetts; and Louisville, Kentucky; will host events on April 26, and the season finale will take place in Virginia Beach, Virginia, on May 3.

By breaking up the U.S. Finals into multiple one-day events across many locations, teams have the ability to choose the date and location that work best for them. 

Regardless of what they choose, Varsity TV will be there to provide live coverage of the event, and you won’t want to miss a minute of the action!

Competitors have earned their way to the U.S. Finals through their performances and success at other events, so this is the ultimate way to end the season.

What To Know About The Jacobson Exhibition Center

The Richard O. Jacobson Exhibition Center in Des Moines, Iowa, is familiar with The U.S. Finals and will welcome another edition in 2025.

The property opened in August 2010 and has become synonymous with the Iowa State Fair. Now, it might be just as special to the legacy of The U.S. Finals: Des Moines. 

The multi-purpose facility replaced the West Arena, which previously stood on the same location, and it has been used for livestock shows, concerts, sporting events, entertainment and many activities related to the state fair. 

Iowa businessman Richard O. Jacobson provided the first $3.5 million for the $20 million project.

Approximately 3,500 spectators can sit around the 32,000-square foot arena floor. There’s also a warm-up arena and a second warm-up arena with a livestock fence.
