The U.S. Finals: Louisville returns to the Kentucky Expo Center in Louisville, Kentucky, in 2025, this time as part of a 10-event end-of-season extravaganza that allows teams to finish their seasons close to home and with one final memorable experience together.
This is one of three events scheduled for April 26, and Varsity TV will be there to provide live coverage of the entire competition. The day’s other events will be taking place in Trenton, New Jersey, and Worcester, Massachusetts.
The opening day of U.S. Finals action April 5 will see competitors head to Tacoma, Washington; Chicago; and Myrtle Beach, South Carolina. Another three sites will be bustling on April 12 – Des Moines, Iowa; Galveston, Texas; and Niceville, Florida. The schedule will conclude with one final event in Virginia Beach, Virginia, on May 3.
By breaking up the U.S. Finals into multiple one-day events across many locations, teams have the ability to choose the date and location that work best for them.
Competitors have earned their way to the U.S. Finals through their performances and success at other events, so this is the ultimate way to end the season.

The U.S. Finals are open to All Star Elite Cheer, All Star Dance, Prep, Novice, CheerABILITIES, DanceABILITIES, Youth/Rec and International Division Cheer teams (U.S. teams only).

What To Know About The Kentucky Expo Center
In 2025, The U.S. Finals: Louisville returns to the Kentucky Expo Center in Louisville, Kentucky, a venue that already is familiar with the cheer and dance world and has hosted many events.
The Kentucky Expo Center aims to be the best of the many hospitable venues in the area, boasting 1.2 million square feet of meeting space, 56 meeting rooms, two arenas, 300 acres of outdoor space and decades of experience hosting events.
After a long building process, the venue finally opened in 1956. It took $12 million and six years of work.
In the years since, the property has undergone many renovations and upgrades. It’s now the sixth-largest facility in the United States and home to the Kentucky State Fair and other important annual events.
The Kentucky Expo Center has welcomed many top musical acts over the years, was the longtime home of the University of Louisville men’s basketball team and continues to stay busy with a variety of trade shows and events.

Louisville is famous for bourbon and actually is called Bourbon City, and while certain aspects of that will be reserved for the parents, younger visitors can learn how bourbon helped shape the culture and energy of the city.
The area also is a little bit horse-crazy, and that might be evident with the 2025 Kentucky Derby only a few days away (May 3).

Louisville also has been an industrial hub and is home to many familiar institutions – the American Printing House for the Blind (publishes of books in Braille), Louisville Slugger (baseball bats), the University of Louisville and the annual Kentucky Derby at Churchill Downs.
