The 2025-2026 All Star cheer season is almost here, which means we're getting closer to kicking off Season 4 of The Varsity Cheer League! Each year of The Varsity Cheer League has brought more & more excitement. Teams go back to the drawing board each year to figure out the best way to maximize their competition schedule in hopes of climbing to the top of The Leaderboard. Our next team to keep an eye on this season is a team that needs no introduction. Cheer Extreme Senior Elite went on an unforgettable run of a lifetime to close out the 2024-2025 season in the League 6 All Girl standings. They gained last-minute points from the NCA Virtual Championship, which helped them claim the League 6 All Girl title. Here's more on why you should keep your eye on Cheer Extreme Senior Elite: 

2025-2026 League 6 Teams To Watch: Cheer Extreme Senior Elite

The 2024-2025 season was unbelievable for Cheer Extreme Senior Elite. They claimed National Championship titles at nearly every event they competed at, which ultimately led to claiming significant points to the Varsity Cheer League. They earned 700 points from wins at JAMfest Cheer Super Nationals, CHEERSPORT Nationals, and NCA All-Star Nationals. They also earned 600 points from wins at One Up Grand Nationals, the UCA All Star National Championship, and the NCA Virtual Championship. 

The NCA Virtual Championship was the key to Senior Elite finishing at the top of the Leaderboard. In late March, Senior Elite stood in third place in the League 6 All Girl leaderboard standings. On April 1, they moved up to second place after earning 600 points from One Up Grand Nationals. But it was their final win at the NCA Virtual Championship that allowed them to drop a lower score in exchange for 600 points that allowed them to take over the first-place spot. Senior Elite was very strategic with their schedule, even adding last-minute events to ensure they would maximize their full points potential. They truly showcased what it means to make the entire season count! 

The L6 Senior Large division is definitely a must-watch this season, as it always is! Senior Elite returns to the division with plenty of momentum after an extremely successful season. But this season, they'll be met with some new challengers in the division, like Woodlands Elite Generals and Central Jersey All Stars Bombshells. All of these teams are going to be exciting contenders in both the L6 Senior Large division, and the League 6 All Girl race. It'll be an exciting night at The MAJORS 2026 when most of these teams will see each other for the first time of the season.
