The 2025-2026 All Star cheer season is almost here, which means we're getting closer to kicking off Season 4 of The Varsity Cheer League! Each year of The Varsity Cheer League has brought more & more excitement. Teams go back to the drawing board each year to figure out the best way to maximize their competition schedule in hopes of climbing to the top of The Leaderboard. Our next team to keep an eye on this season is a consistent name on the League 6 All Girl leaderboard standings. They are the first-ever League 6 All Girl champions from 2024, and finished in third place on the 2025 League 6 All Girl leaderboard. East Celebrity Elite Bombshells are back & looking to continue their reign. Here's more on the Shells: 

2025-2026 League 6 Teams To Watch: East Celebrity Elite Bombshells

When thinking about the Varsity Cheer League, East Celebrity Elite is a consistent contender across the board. The program knows how to make the most of their schedule & points potential, and Bombshells is a perfect example of that. Last season, Bombshells finished in third place in the League 6 All Girl conference with 3,673 points from their top six events. Bombshells strategically jump ahead in the early Leaderboard standings by earning significant points from Super National events, which are worth up to 700 points. We saw this last season with their win at Spirit Cheer Super Nationals early in the season for 700 points. Bombshells also earned big points from their win at NCA All-Star Nationals for 700 points. The team took a fifth place finish at CHEERSPORT Nationals, but that still earned them 600 points. It's all about making it count, and Bombshells showcases that each season! 

This season is shaping up to be no different for Bombshells. Be sure to keep your eye out for East Celebrity Elite at those early season events in the Northeast region. This is where they really set themselves up for success by earning those early points. We're also looking forward to seeing Bombshells take the stage at The MAJORS 2026 in a loaded L6 Senior Small lineup. NCA All-Star Nationals is always a big weekend for Bombshells - keep in mind that they are the reigning back-to-back NCA All-Star National Champions! Here's a look back at their performance in the League 6 All Girl the last two seasons: 

• 2024-2025: 3rd Place - 3,673 Points 
• 2023-2024: League 6 All Girl Conference Champion - 3,671 Points
