JAMfest Cheer Super Nationals 2026: A Loaded Lineup To Watch All Weekend

The first Super National event of 2026 is finally here! JAMfest Cheer Super Nationals takes center stage Jan. 17-18 at the Indiana Convention Center, and the schedule is already a full slate of amazing teams & programs. This event is always a great opportunity for teams to set themselves apart early. A solid weekend at this competition can help teams build up momentum for the rest of the season, and can also help teams get a big jump on the Varsity Cheer League leaderboard with up to 700 points on the line! Here's a look at some divisions & storylines to keep an eye on all weekend long.

2026 JAMfest Cheer Super Nationals: What To Keep An Eye On

1. Be Sure To Watch the L6 International Open Coed Non-Tumbling Division

This division is always incredible to watch if you love to see all those high-flying stunts! But this season is shaping up to be extra exciting as long-time teams look to continue their reign, former teams return to the division, and new faces enter the chat! Every single one of these teams has already showcased very entertaining & solid routines. Here's who you can expect to see on stage this weekend:

  • Cheer Extreme - Raleigh Code Black
  • CheerVille HV Aftermath
  • South Jersey Storm Fire & Ice
  • Twist & Shout Tulsa Adam & Eve

2. Three L6 Senior Large Teams Have a BIG Weekend

Last season introduced an exciting new element where teams that compete at The MAJORS on Friday night now had the opportunity to stay for the entire weekend to compete at JAMfest Cheer Super Nationals. This big weekend of three high-level performances allows teams to build endurance, and also a great opportunity to earn some big points towards the Varsity Cheer League. Teams that take home the win at both events have the possibility of earning 1,200 points in just one weekend alone. This season, half of the L6 Senior Large division will compete three days in a row - Friday night at The MAJORS and two days at JAMfest Cheer Super Nationals. We'll get a little rematch right away with these three teams:

  • Cheer Extreme Senior Elite
  • Woodlands Elite Generals
  • World Cup Shooting Stars

3. A Great Slate in L6 Senior Small

We've already been so impressed with the great routines from the teams in the L6 Senior Small division! These routines are full of some of the most difficult stunt sequences & high-level tumbling skills, along with such fun performance elements. These ladies know how to bring the showmanship! JAMfest Cheer Super Nationals will be a great first look at how all of these incredible teams shape up against one another - and they all come in with some momentum. Cheer Athletics Denver Lady Suns had a strong Day 2 showing at CHAMPS Grand Nationals to earn a full paid bid to The Cheerleading Worlds. The Stingray All Stars Purple looked very strong at Battle Under The Big Top Grand Nationals, along with the National Champions Cheer Extreme SSX. ICE Snow Queens are new to the division this season but have already put on a great show at WSF Grand Nationals. Needless to say, this division is going to be fabulous! Here's a look at who's taking the stage:

  • Cheer Athletics - Denver Lady Suns
  • Cheer Extreme - Raleigh SSX
  • FAME All Stars - Midlo Super Seniors
  • ICE Snow Queens
  • The Stingray All Stars Purple
  • The Stingray All Stars The Blue Angels

4. The High-Scoring L6 Senior XSmall - Coed Division

These teams definitely know how to execute, as the L6 Senior XSmall Coed division is off to a high-scoring start this season. GymTyme Illinois Fever has a 75% hit rate after competing four times so far. The California All Stars Exodus had a great run in this division last season, and this will be the first time we see Exodus at a Worlds bid event this season. South Jersey Storm Fahrenheit has also been very entertaining so far. Fans will also get to see GymTyme Illinois Fever & Cheer Extreme Raleigh SMOEX compete three days in a row at both The MAJORS & JAMfest Cheer Super Nationals. SMOEX returns to this event as the reigning National Champions. Here's the full slate of teams:

  • Cheer Athletics - Lexington War Cats
  • Cheer Extreme - Raleigh SMOEX
  • GymTyme Illinois Fever
  • South Jersey Storm Fahrenheit
  • The California All Stars-Mesa Exodus
  • Top Gun All Stars Supermodels
  • Twist & Shout Tulsa Diamonds

5. D2 Program Spotlight

Don't forget to watch all of the incredible D2 programs that will be taking the stage this weekend! There are great programs from top to bottom, making the competition extra strong. Several of these programs had an incredible finish at The D2 Summit last season, and are hoping to continue that success as they take on 2026.

  • Cheer Tyme - 2 gold & 1 bronze medal at The D2 Summit 2025
  • JPAC Radiance - 1 gold, 1 silver, & 1 bronze medal at The D2 Summit 2025
  • WIDC - 1 gold & 3 bronze medals at The D2 Summit 2025
