As a continuation of the all-new spirit-based competition on the Varsity TV event calendar, the Division I teams move into the National School Spirit Championships (NSSC) to earn their titles at Walt Disney World Resort this Feb. 6-8 against hundreds of the nations top competitive teams.

Schools competing in the Division II competition must have less than 1399 students and competed on the first weekend, while schools with more than that compete in Division I on the second weekend of the event.

The NSSC is open to school cheer and dance teams, band programs, and recreational cheer teams and allows for any combination of the teams to take the stage in competition. The stakes include competing for points in a brand new NSSC points race that only the most skilled spirit teams will win.
