Cheer and dance teams are headed to the Bluff City, as the 2026 UCA/UDA Mid-South Regional takes over the Renasant Convention Center in Memphis, Tennessee, on Oct. 25, with all of the action streaming live on Varsity TV.

The Universal Cheerleaders Association hosts roughly 50 regional and virtual events each season, while the Universal Dance Association operates more than 20 regional competitions annually — both leading to their marquee national championships at Walt Disney World.

The Mid-South Regional brings together the best of both worlds and gives school and recreational squads across the region an early-season stage in the 2026-2027 campaign.

Teams will take the floor in downtown Memphis chasing regional titles, and fans everywhere can follow every routine live on Varsity TV.

About Memphis
