The 2026 UCA & UDA Mile High Regional returns to the Colorado Convention Center in downtown Denver on Nov. 14 and will feature school and recreational cheer teams alongside dance squads competing at the regional level — all streaming live on Varsity TV.

About UCA And UDA

The Universal Cheerleaders Association, established more than 50 years ago, hosts approximately 50 regional and virtual events each year alongside its national championship at Walt Disney World.

The Universal Dance Association similarly operates more than 20 competitions annually, leading to national finals at Disney.

The Mile High Regional gives Rocky Mountain-area squads a stage to chase titles and build toward those marquee events in the 2026-2027 season.

About The Colorado Convention Center

The Colorado Convention Center, which recently underwent renovations, spans over 2.2 million square feet across three levels.

The facility includes an exhibit hall, 63 meeting rooms, three ballrooms, a theatre and a 20,000-square-foot terrace. It sits within walking distance of 13,000 hotel rooms, more than 300 restaurants and the Denver Performing Arts Complex.
