Cheer and dance take center stage in Colorado, as the 2026 NCA & NDA Rockies Regional comes to Mountain Vista High School in Highlands Ranch, Colorado, on Nov. 21-22, with the action streaming live on Varsity TV.

The two-day regional is part of the 2026-2027 season slate from the National Cheerleaders Association and the National Dance Alliance, two organizations with decades of history developing cheerleaders and dancers through competition, instruction and camps.

Since 1948, NCA has operated under the motto "The Work Is Worth It."

Teams will take the floor chasing early-season championships and hoping to build momentum toward the marquee national events later in the season.
