Year after year, the Shooting Stars are a crowd favorite. Their theatrical choreography sets them apart from the rest. This year, they opened their routine with fun props and a beautiful Kick Full Kick Basket.
The entire Spirit of Texas Program is known for excellent jump technique, and the A-Team is no different. They incorporate hyper extended jumps in their standing tumbling section, as well as a Triple Toe Touch, Pike to Tuck.
From the moment Black Ops’ routine begins, the action doesn’t stop until the very last 8-count. However, their basket section in the first 15 seconds of the routine will make you do a double-take.
This year’s routine includes some seriously innovative transitions. In the pyramid section, watch for the transition that includes top girls transitioning through extended Scorpions!
Generals have some of the strongest team tumbling in the country, and it’s no surprise that they’ve won the Senior Small division at NCA four years in a row. After their opening basket sequence, watch as over half of their team throws Standing Fulls.
You won’t want to miss the back-to-back NCA Grand National Champion’s routine highlight - in their elite stunt sequence, all five stunt groups compete a 360 spin down to the floor, followed by a ground up Double Up to the top.
