Athletes from coast to coast have journeyed to Tampa, Florida in hopes of becoming a D2 Summit National Champion. This weekend, their paths cross as they make the inaugural climb in 2016. Titles will be earned, champions will be made and viewers far and wide will have a chance to witness it all. 

It’s cheerleading like you’ve never seen before - live right here on varsity.tv. In addition to Final performances on Sunday, the Awards show, hosted by industry expert Matt Goto, will feature specialty segments and behind-the-scenes footage. Here’s what subscribers can expect to see:

• Routine Analysis Did Semi-Finals leave you wanting more? No worries – throughout the day, our host will replay some of the most talked about Day 1 routines. From solid skills to creative choreography, you’ll hear just why these performances caught the viewers’ eyes. 

• In-Depth Commentary Similar to a play-by-play, the show will highlight all aspects of the event. Our host will elaborate on the overall atmosphere, memorable moments and athlete experience.

• Live Interviews There’s no better way to comprehend the magnitude of this historical event than by hearing about it from the participants themselves. Listen up for words from athletes, coaches and fans!
