If you’re a veteran heading to the Echo Arena in Liverpool, you may know your stuff, but for rookies or those of you who need a refresher on what to expect, we’ve got some insider tips that will help you prepare and make the most of your trip!

What to expect inside the venue:

• There is plenty of parking alongside the arena. Click here for more info and parking prices.
• Admission lines can be long when the doors open at 7AM BST—be patient, and prepare to arrive early.
• All tickets can be purchased at the door.

One-Day Passes
  • Adults - £18
  • Child - £12 (6 -12 years old)
  • Children five and under are free
Two-Day Passes
  • Adults - £30
  • Child - £20
  • Children five and under are free
  • Power outlets are limited throughout the concourse, and the venue restricts the use of curling irons and large electric devices. Plan to arrive performance-ready to avoid any unexpected issues.
• There are multiple snack options throughout the venue, so don’t worry about leaving for lunch if you’re short on time.
• The arena has plenty of seating, and a great view of the performance floor from all angles. JAMfest even provides VIP seating for parents and fans during team performances. Report to the fan loading area early with your group to be sure you get a good spot.
• Video and photography in the arena is not allowed due to the Child Protection Law. But not to worry, professional photos and videos will be available for purchase on-site at the event.
• If you’d like to familiarize yourself with the venue layout before arriving, check out this handy map!
• Still have questions or need help navigating the venue? The JAMfest staff will be wearing event t-shirts and will be stationed throughout the venue. If you need help, please feel free to ask them or the convention center employees. They’re happy to help!
