At an event with more than 200 European teams, the spotlight was on a Level 1 Junior team from Berkshire, England. The Tigers took home the Jeremi Sanders High Point Award, AND a fully paid bid to The Summit. How’d they do it? Well, you’re about to find out!
Crimson’s Junior 1 team is the foundation of the program, which includes only five teams. There’s something special about this gym that helps them stand out, and they’ve been at it since 2009. This season alone, they’ve earned Grand and National Champion titles at COA Nationals in Florida.
The team trains once a week for two hours, but with hardworking athletes and coaches, it’s just enough. On top of weekly practice, they commit to a conditioning and stretch routine daily. Clean skills combined with work ethic—no wonder they took home the high honors! Check out their winning performance:

FIFO - The success we have is generated by the amount of effort all of our teams and staff put in. Full effort in, full results out!Crimson gives their all in practice, but also recognize the importance of excellence at school and in their community. The Heat Plus program at the gym requires the members to be well-rounded individuals dedicated to school and training—their school reports are checked every year to make sure they are progressing academically. They also raise money for charities to help children in need across the U.K.
