Preparing for 10:
Shelton State practices a two-a-day schedule leading up to nationals. The first practice is for fine-tuning and developing consistency, and the second practice focuses on the running and training of the full routine.
What to watch for this year:
I think this year we have a really fun routine to watch. It's packed with skills and fun elements for our division. The Bucs have been focusing on creating fun pyramids while keeping every technical element of their routine sharp and clean.
"We stunt more in this routine," Grizzle Sanford said. "So I think staying focused on another section of stunting has been a good challenge."
