It's like Christmas morning in the all star cheer world…NCA All-Star Nationals Senior Level 5 finals are here and there won't be a single seat open in the Arena! If you couldn't snag one of these coveted seats, don't worry - we're bringing the action to you. Sit back, get comfy on the couch and tune in LIVE for the most anticipated competition day of the year! Here's everything you need to know heading into the final day of competition!

Small Senior L5 Division

All-Girl

The four time, back-to-back NCA National Champion Woodlands Elite Generals, showed Dallas that they are ready for a 5-peat with a dominant Day 1 performance. The Generals left cheer fans throughout the arena (and those watching the live stream around the world) wanting more! If their Day 2 routine is as strong as Sunday's, their 5-peat future looks bright! But this division is also one of the largest and the final performance counts for 75% so teams are bringing the best.

The Twist & Shout Diamonds hold the top spot after Day 1! Some may have underestimated the Diamonds, but they came ready to stake their claim with an impressive Day 1 performance! They had some of the most innovative choreography in the division in both their stunts and transitions, but Twist & Shout's stand out moment is their strong finish. The Diamonds are going for gold and ending their dance with a fierce tumbling pass inspired by Simone Biles and her Olympic winning floor routine. Don't miss the T&S Diamonds Day 2 performance at 3:23PM CT!

Medium Senior L5 Division

All-Girl

The Stingray All Stars Peach will be taking the mat at 6:01PM CT and are ready to show the Arena why they are heading into Day 2 leading the pack! You never know who will take the top spot in this must watch division. The 18 talented teams competing have made for a history of back-and-forth champions at NCA Nationals. But, Peach's perfectly executed toe backs and split transition are just two of the many reasons why they're primed to take back their title.

Cheer fans were California Dreamin' as The California All Stars Black Ops hit their energetic routine and they're heading into Day 2 hoping to get another HIT that has fans in the arena on their feet for the second day in a row! Spirit of Texas Royalty took the mat with a lot of energy and confidence. Despite having 1 stunt fall, their pyramid inversions and impressive basket height sets them up for a potential Day 2 comeback.

Large Senior L5 Division

All-Girl

Always a crowd favorite division and the Day 1 competition did not disappoint. Stingray All Stars Orange is heading into the final day in the lead, but the Cheer Athletics Panthers have their claws out and are ready to take them on for the Large Senior All Girl L5 title! The Orange Rays performed one of the cleanest routines in the division along with incredible tumbling choreography and execution. The Panthers answered back with stunting technique and impressive flyer body control, allowing them to execute impressive skills that have them just shy of the number one spot.

This is a tight race between Orange and Panthers but let's not forget about the reigning NCA National Champions, the World Cup Shooting Stars and the 2016 World Champions, Maryland Twisters F5 who are ranked 3rd and 4th. The Day 2 performance counts for is 75% of the final score so we can't wait to see how it shakes out.

Coed

TGLC took the lead with their entertaining, strong Day 1 performance that had the Arena rocking. Cheer Athletics Cheetahs are nipping on their heels in a close second. The Cheetahs had 2 stunt fall Day 1, but they have a high raw score that could pave the way to snagging those black jackets if they come back strong Day 2. This is going to be a very eventful division filled with 10 elite routines and you'll want to watch every single one!
