Cheer and dance fans are turning their attention to the West Coast this weekend for the USA All Star Championships in Anaheim, California.

The two-day competition begins Saturday, March 18, with cheer and dance performances streaming live exclusively on Varsity TV from three venues.

The all star teams in attendance will not only be performing for titles but also a chance to earn last-minute bids to the end-of-year championships, including The Cheerleading Worlds and Dance Worlds on April 29 to May 1 in Orlando, Florida.

The first dance team to perform, South Coast Freestyle, takes the stage in Hall C at 9:57 AM PT and kicks off a day of dance action that ends at approximately 4:15 PM PT.

All star cheer teams will take the East and West stages in D Hall starting at 8 AM PT; you'll have all day to tune in to the competition as the day comes to a close with final performances from Rockstar Cheer Smashing Pumpkins and Intensity All Stars Lady Livewire.
