Whether your end goal is to compete at the National High School Cheerleading Championship or The Summit, the journey for Kentucky cheerleading teams starts at the UCA Bluegrass Championship November 11-12 in Lexington, Kentucky.
Join us bright and early Saturday morning as the competition kicks off with top school and rec teams from across the Bluegrass State. Want to know what the future of cheerleading looks like? Tune in starting at 9 AM ET to watch fan favorite rec and club teams from Pep & Pizzazz, Blackman Mini Heat, and Pride Athletics!
An incredible 20 Kentucky teams performing this weekend in Lexington placed in the top five at the NHSCC in 2017, including six national champions!
A must-watch program this weekend is Eastside Middle School. Both the Blue and White squads from Eastside took home championship titles at the NHSCC in 2017, and the Eagles are back and ready to add to their winning streak. Watch LIVE as Eastside takes the mat in small junior high division at 10:08 AM ET.
Fun Fact: Eastside Middle represented America as the U.S. Junior National All Girl team at the first ever ICU Junior World Cheerleading Championships and took home the gold!
If you tune into our exclusive championship cover this Saturday, there are two divisions definitely don't want to miss! Medium varsity and small varsity Dll are two of the most competitive divisions to take the mat this weekend.
The 2017 super varsity national champions, Dixie Heights, has moved to the medium varsity division and will face off against 16-time national champs, Greenup County High School. Will the Musketeers hold on to their reign or will a newcomer take the crown? Tune in at 3:01 PM ET to watch the entire medium varsity division!
In small varsity Dll, back-to-back national champions Pikeville High School will step into the spotlight at 7:59 PM ET as they perform in the hopes of keeping their championship streak alive. With a whopping 18 teams, small varsity Dll is the largest division of the day.
Stick around Sunday as all star teams kick off day two starting at 9 AM ET. Teams of all levels will show their routines for one of the first times this season.
