The last collegiate competition of the season is here, and what better way to end it than with sunshine, the beach, the Bandshell, and some of the most competitive college cheer and dance teams from around the country! 

The stage will be shining bright as teams take the Bandshell stage for a chance at a national title at the 2018 NCA & NDA Collegiate Cheer and Dance Championships.

The competition kicks off in Daytona Beach, Florida, on Thursday, April 5, and comes to a close the following Saturday. One must-watch division this year is the first-ever NCA & NDA Collegiate Game Day Championships!

Last year at the 2017 NCA & NDA Collegiate Cheer and Dance Championships, Texas Tech University made history after claiming their first-ever national title in the Coed Division IA category. Will the Red Raiders make history  again and go back-to-back?

The University of Louisville Cardinals are no stranger to the All Girl Division IA category, and the team collected their fourth consecutive title last year at the competition, totaling six titles all together for the Lady Cards. The squad dominated their division in 2017, but can they do it all over again to make it five in a row?

The University of Louisville All Girl wasn’t the only Cardinals to bring home a title in 2017; Louisville took home first place in both the Dance Team Performance and Hip Hop Division IA categories. The Cardinals brought the heat to the Bandshell during finals and came out on top with a big NDA win. Will they wow the judges again this year and add more titles to their collection?
