Kentucky Pride All-Stars is headed north to compete for their first time at The U.S. Finals: Chicago. The gym will be bringing two teams to Chicago for the championship April 21-22.

The state of Kentucky is known for bringing the best of the best to the mat, and Pride All Stars aims to do the same. The Louisville gym started their season of excellence off great with three top-10 finishes at the UCA Bluegrass Championship in Lexington, Kentucky.

“We emphasize cleanliness and our strengths are tumbling and stunting technique,” said Alex Hull, the gym's director.

Hull said the gym’s biggest challenge this season has been competing with larger gyms in their area and still putting out top-notch routines. To make sure they stand out, the coaches at KY Pride push to bring creative choreography to every routine. 

“I love our dynamic opening and standing tumbling sequences,” Hull added.

As KY Pride’s successful season comes to an end, they hope to go out with a bang at The U.S. Finals Chicago.

"The U.S. Finals serves as the punctuation to a great season. It’s our big end of the year event which has been our goal to win since June."
