Heading to cheer camp this summer? Get ready to take off with UCA, because this summer’s camp theme is #SpiritLaunch!

From the Space Jam Rally to the new material, everything about UCA Camp this summer is going to be out of this world! 

Before you make your way to UCA Camp this summer, here is everything you need to know:

UCA will take your squad to space with three new activities at camp this summer. 

1. Leadership Launch

During the Leadership Launch, the cheerleaders are no longer at summer camp; instead, they are “astronauts embarking on a new mission.” The camp will break up into classes and the UCA Staff will guide them through their “leadership journey.”

2. School Pride Poster Decoration

Squads will be able to show their school pride by creating team posters to use for the Space Jam Rally.

Be sure to bring poster board, markers, stickers, and other decorations to make your squad’s poster out of this world. 

3. Space Jam Rally

The Space Jam Rally is a fun, interactive pep rally on the third night of camp! Get ready to blast off into cheering on the sidelines this season!

Summer Camp 2018 Must-Haves!

 Don't forget to pack your cheer bag with these must-have items before heading to UCA Camp.

• Poster board (one suggested for every five participants) and materials to decorate it
• Hula hoop
• Addresses for St. Jude Letters
• Spirit-raising props (signs, megs, flags, and poms)
• Yarn for the team unity activity
• Space-themed outfit for Space Jam Rally
