CHEER TEAM DETAILS

The St. Edward's University cheer team is a small coed team that cheers for volleyball and men's and women's basketball. We compete at UCA College Nationals in the Division II Small Coed division. The team is under the athletic department and receives scholarships, priority housing registration, early class registration, and free academic tutoring.

MASCOT DETAILS

Mascots are expected to attending all home and away volleyball and men's and women's basketball games as well as fulfill appearance requests. Mascots attend UCA College Camp each summer.

SCHOLARSHIPS

Scholarships Offered: Yes

Cheer: Scholarships are solely based on years on the team and athletic ability. Scholarships awarded are typically between $1,000 and $4,000.

Mascots: $2,000 per year/$1,000 per semester.

Competition Involvement: St. Edwards University competes at the UCA and UDA College Cheerleading and Dance Championship in Orlando, Florida. They compete in Division II Small Coed.
