DCHS shocked the cheerleading community in 2013 when they earned their first set of white satin jackets. Coming from a small town in Tennessee with no stop lights, nobody expected this school to turn into such a powerhouse program.

The Choctaws are known for executing elite skills with ease and having a strong collegiate look out on the mat. Today, fans should be on the lookout for their elite stunt. The sequence features a hand to hand invert, switch up stretch and hands cupie.

This year the Large Varsity Coed team has more males than females on their squad with 27 males and 19 females. 15 of those athletes are Seniors who hope to leave a lasting legacy today with two solid performances.

Dyer County High School will take on the Large Varsity Coed division today in Semi-Finals sat 2:11 PM ET in the HP Field House. Large Varsity Coed Finals will take place at 8:30 PM ET in the HP Field House.

Will the Choctaws repeat history and earn another championship title in 2019? Be sure to tune in to Varsity TV to find out!
