Cheerleader's Choice: School Spirit Spotlight is back by popular demand! It's almost time for YOU to choose who will be featured on Varsity TV during the 2019-2020 season.

Varsity TV wants to share the untold stories of the transformative teams and athletes that are making the world a more spirited place. Help us shine a light on the programs that elevate school spirit, champion their communities and drive competitive excellence. 

Cheerleader's Choice is YOUR chance to tell us who deserves the school spirit spotlight!


In 2018, more than 27,000 fans voted for their favorite high school and college teams to be featured in Cheerleader's Choice: School Spirit Spotlight

The University of Central Florida, Bishop McCort High School, Blackman High School, Costa Mesa High School, and Davenport University were the 5 Cheerleader's Choice programs who earned the most votes and were featured in films and site content right here on Varsity TV.

We want to know what makes your favorite spirit program special—both on and off the mat. From storied traditions to starting a legacy all their own, each team has their own story and we want to help tell it. 

Nominations for the 2019 Cheerleader's Choice School Spirit Spotlight will start on Monday, June 3rd starting at  8 AM CT and will conclude on Friday, June 14th at 8 PM CT.

Meet Level Legacy Champion: Alyssa Martinez

After four weeks of tumbling skills challenges, the top tumbling athletes have been crowned as the 2019 Varsity All Star Level Legacy Champions! Athletes of all ages competed in level-specific challenges, and the Level 2 2019 Varsity All Star Level Legacy Champion is Alyssa Martinez from Liberty All Stars in Jersey CIty, NJ!

Championship titles, jackets, and bids were awarded today the 2019 America's Best National Championship. The routines were incredible and the memories will last a lifetime.

Cheer St. Louis Majesty out of O’Fallon, Missouri is back at the 2019 America’s Best National Championship! Majesty took on the Level 4 Senior division and they’re back for Day 2 and ready to leave it all out on the floor.

Five small but competitive junior high teams took the mat at the 2019 UCA Dixie Championship in the Small Junior High division! They kicked off the competition at 9:00 AM this morning and were named the first champions of the day. 

Energizers Take It To The House In New Open Pom Theme

The Energizers Dance Team is known for their incredible performances and top placements every year in the Pom category. The Hartford, Wisconsin team creates unique visuals through uniforms, music, and choreography that entertains the crowd and earns them championship titles.

13 Stingray Teams Head Into Day 2 On Top At UCA

The Stingray Allstars had an incredible Day 1 at the 2019 UCA Smoky Mountain Championship in Sevierville, Tennessee. 13 teams from the program are leading their division and all 18 teams finished Day 1 within the top 5 in their division.

WSF Routine Breakdown: Rain Athletics Aqua

After Day 1 at the WSF All Star Cheer and Dance Championship, the reigning WSF Champions, Aqua from Rain Athletics, is on top in the Senior Small Level 6 division!
