Rebelette's Take On The 2021 NDA National Championship!

Vestavia Hills High School is excited to compete in the 2021 NDA National Championship! They are located in Vestavia Hills, Alabama and coached by Faith Lenhart and her assistant Charity Jones. This will be the Rebelette's 20th year at NDA Nationals!

In 2019 the team won overall Team Performance making it the team's first national title! This year the team will be competing in Large Varsity Game day, Medium Varsity Jazz, and Varsity Team Performance divisions at the 2021 NDA National Championship in hopes of bringing home another national title!

With the uncertainties of today, Coach Lenhart said getting competition ready this season was much different than others. “A lot of flexibility and Google meets due to quarantines and a lot of work outside of class individually.” With a season like no other, this teams’ goals are to improve from prelims and to be proud of what it took to get to where they are now!

The Rebelette's will be competing virtually this year but are so grateful for the opportunity to do so! This team thrives in retaining corrections and being kind to one another as well as their coaches. With all of the fears everyone has faced this year, Coach Lenhart is proud of her team!

“This team did not audition. We allowed everyone that turned in an application to be on the team due to the shut down last spring. I am extremely proud that the team is so strong considering everyone that signed up made the team.”
