NCA All-Star Nationals Warm Ups: Last Chance To Get It Right
With only 21 minutes left to warm up and perfect skills, teams rotated between three different mats at NCA All-Star Nationals before taking the competition floor.
The first rotation was on a hard floor. This allowed teams to warm up individual skills. After those seven minutes were up, the next stop in the practice room was on the tumbling mat. Athletes warmed up their tumbling skills on a double panel spring mat before heading to the third rotation. The last seven minute rotation was on the full performance floor. During this time, teams had access to play their music and put all of their elements of the routine together one last time.
