Running Tumbling Substitution:

Cartwheel - Back Extension Roll (two feet down together) - Bridge Kick Over.

Standing Tumbling:

Back Extension Roll (stop in a handstand, straddle down) - Backwards Roll (finish off with feet together.

Standing Tumbling Substitution:

Back Extension Roll (step down) - Backwards Roll.
