League 6 will kick into high drive this weekend for Level 6 teams competing at the season's first Varsity All Star Cheerleading Worlds Bid competitions. The three competitions on deck include the 2023 WSF Grand Nationals, Spirit Celebration Christmas Grand Nationals, and Champion Cheer and Dance Grand Nationals. WSF Grand Nationals and Spirit Celebration Christmas Grand Nationals are 600-point events, and Champion Cheer & Dance Grand Nationals is a 500-point event. 

New for the 2023-2024 season, Level 6 Senior Worlds All-Girl and Coed teams will compete in their own race in The League by Varsity All Star. That means more opportunities for Worlds teams to compete head-to-head all season long, regardless of location. At the end of the season, Varsity All Star will consider each team’s top 6 scores. The first, second, and third teams with the highest scores will win cash prizes and banners.

Each Varsity All Star competition is assigned a point value from 300 to 700 points. Teams win varying points based on their final placement - i.e., 600 points for first, 575 for second, 548 for third, and so on. Check out the Points System here to see all the point values.

December 2-3, 2023, 48 Worlds-Eligible Senior Teams will compete for points to League 6 at these three competitions. See the breakdown for each competition below. 

2023 WSF Grand Nationals - 600 Points

WSF Grand Nationals will host some of the most popular and talented teams in cheerleading. We will see an early matchup in the L6 Senior Medium division between Central Jersey All Stars, Top Gun, and The Stingray All Stars Ohio. The L6 Limited Senior Extra Small and  L6 Senior Coed Extra Small will see the most competition. The battle for 600 points is on!

2023 Spirit Celebration Christmas Grand Nationals - 600 Points

It’s a Texas-sized showdown at Spirit Celebration Christmas Grand Nationals, where teams will battle it out for full-paid and at-large bids to The Cheerleading Worlds 2024 and 600 points towards The League by Varsity All Star. Spirit Celebration will be one of the best places for these teams to secure 600 points, setting them up for early success.

East Coast teams will compete for two full-paid and six at-large bids and up to 500 points towards The League by Varsity All Star at the 2023 Champion Cheer and Dance Grand Nationals. The L6 Senior Small Coed division will see the most competition, with four teams battling for the top spot.
