Ohio State Dance Team Wins UDA Nationals 2024 Jazz Championship
The Ohio State dance team won the Division IA jazz competition at UDA College Nationals 2024 at the ESPN Wide World of Sports Complex in Orlando.
In one of the closest-watched events at the UDA College Nationals 2024, the Ohio State dance team beat the Minnesota dance team and LSU for the Division IA Jazz dance championship on Jan. 14.
Ohio State came to Orlando and the ESPN Wide World of Sports Complex as one of the favorites in the competition. On the first day of UDAs, Ohio State won the its jazz prelims group and then topped Minnesota in the semifinals on the second day.

On Sunday, the Buckeyes took home the top prize with a score of 98.9206 in the finals, just beating Minnesota, who scored 98.4286.
Minnesota dance, though, did edge the Buckeyes in Division IA pom, winning with a score of 98.4762 to Ohio State's 97.7143.
LSU finished third in the Division IA Jazz division as well.
