There’s a Duel in the Desert, and Spirits Sports Grand Nationals 2024 League 6 teams are gearing up to go head-to-head. Twenty-one Worlds Senior teams will compete for their shot at up to 600 points, the National Champion title, and bids to The Cheerleading Worlds 2024.  

New for the 2023-2024 season, The League 6 introduces two conferences, all-girl and coed, for Senior Level 6 USASF Worlds divisions. The League allows teams to compete all season long for points at Varsity All Star competitions. 

All senior-aged teams competing at Spirit Sports Grand Nationals can win up to 600 points. We are still early in the season, with some of the largest competitions ahead. Each weekend, teams have a chance to impact their total points and their ranking significantly. 

L6 Limited - XSmall is the deepest all-girl division this weekend, with four teams competing for the top spot. The L6 Senior Coed - XSmall division is the deepest coed division, with six teams competing for the National Champion title. 

We’ll also see a rematch between two fan favorites in Medium Coed as The California All Stars Black Ops and Prodigy All Stars MIDNIGHT return to Palm Springs.

The League by Varsity All Star

The League by Varsity All Star presented by Corksicle is the official ranking system for the sport of All Star cheerleading, changing the conversation from “Who won the weekend?” to “Who ranks at the top this season?” 

Every team that competes at a Varsity All Star Event this season will be included in The League by Varsity All Star. 

Team rankings are determined by the Points System displayed here. At each Varsity All Star event your team competes, your team will earn points based on the assigned event and placement point value. 

At the end of the season, your five best Varsity All Star event scores will be used to calculate your final rank. 

In total, 120 winners will be recognized from first to third place across each region. One champion will be crowned in each of the five regions across the eight eligible divisions, meaning 40 champions will be awarded in total. Champions will win cash and prizes!
