The Encore Concord Showdown visits the Cabarrus Arena & Events Center in Concord, North Carolina, in 2024, and Varsity TV will be there to provide live coverage of the event.
As one of the competitive cheer and dance brands under the Varsity All Star umbrella, Encore puts on one- and two-day competitions across the country, with eight scheduled for 2024.
The list of cities for this year includes Las Vegas; Philadelphia; Memphis, Tennessee; Louisville, Kentucky; Concord, North Carolina; Santa Clara, California; Johnstown, Pennsylvania; and Lexington, Kentucky.
Encore events are known for their signature red carpets, top-notch competition and over-the-top award ceremonies.

The 2024 Encore Concord Showdown will be held at the Cabarrus Arena & Events Center in Concord, North Carolina.
The property includes an arena, event center, two-room multi-purpose hall, smaller meeting rooms and an 11-acre outdoor midway.
The venues remain busy most of the year, hosting more than 150 events across more than 300 days – everything from meetings to trade shows to dinner parties to sporting events to other entertainment.

The League By Varsity All Star
The League by Varsity All Star is the official ranking system for the sport of All Star cheerleading, changing the conversation from “Who won the weekend?” to “Who ranks at the top this season?”
Every team that competes at a Varsity All Star Event this season will be included in The League by Varsity All Star.
Team rankings are determined by the Points System displayed here. At each Varsity All Star event your team competes, your team will earn points based on the assigned event and placement point value.
At the end of the season, your five best Varsity All Star event scores will be used to calculate your final rank.
In total, 120 winners will be recognized from first to third place across each region. One champion will be crowned in each of the five regions across the eight eligible divisions, meaning 40 champions will be awarded in total. Champions will win cash and prizes!
