When the 2024 Spirit Celebration Christmas Grand Nationals heads to the Kay Bailey Hutchison Convention Center in Dallas on Dec. 7-8, the All Star cheer teams will bring a whole new meaning to holiday spirit, and Varsity TV will be there to provide live coverage of the event.

Along with what happens on stage, the event also supports local charities by hosting a toy drive, so competitors and their guests can have a tangible impact on the community, too. 

Philanthropy is all part of the Spirit Celebration mission, as the organization has partnerships with Scottish Rite, I Can Still Shine, Dallas Association of the Deaf and Autism Speaks. 

It's going to be one festive show this weekend as programs from Texas, Oklahoma, Washington, Arizona and Utah come together to kick off the December slate of competitions! 500 points to The Varsity Cheer League are on the line at this event, making it a great opportunity to get a headstart on The Leaderboard.

The Varsity Cheer League by Varsity All Star

The Varsity Cheer League by Varsity All Star is the official ranking system for the sport of All Star cheerleading, changing the conversation from “Who won the weekend?” to “Who ranks at the top this season?”

Every team that competes at a Varsity All Star event this season will be included in The Varsity Cheer League.

Team rankings are determined by the points system displayed here. At each Varsity All Star event your team competes, your team will earn points based on the assigned event and placement point value.

At the end of the season, your six best Varsity All Star event scores will be used to calculate your final rank.

In total, 128 winners will be recognized from first to third place across each region. 

One champion will be crowned in each of the five regions across the eight eligible divisions and two League 6 conferences, meaning 42 championships will be awarded in total. Champions will win cash and prizes!
