The UCA/UDA College Cheerleading & Dance Team National Championship is the pinnacle of the collegiate cheer and dance season, and Varsity TV again is broadcasting every minute of the competition from the ESPN Wide World of Sports Complex in Orlando, Florida.
Champions in eight events (more below) were crowned Friday on the first of three days of action, and there's much more to come over the weekend.
The 2025 UCA/UDA College Cheerleading & Dance Team National Championship is taking place Jan. 17-19 and will showcase the nation’s most talented teams as they compete for national titles in a variety of divisions and competitions.

This competition is the culmination of a year of hard work and is the most prestigious event on the collegiate cheer and dance schedule.
The action is taking place throughout each of the three days in Orlando, utilizing three facilities within the ESPN Wide World of Sports Complex – AdventHealth Arena – South, AdventHealth Arena North and State Farm Field House – with champions being determined and awards being handed out each night.
The entire event is streaming on Varsity TV and the new FloSports app beginning Jan. 17.
Event replays, highlights and breaking news will be available on both platforms.
The rebroadcast will stream on Varsity TV on a delay of 24 hours.

The University of Tennessee cheer team came to the ESPN Wide World of Sports Complex as the reigning champion in the DIA Coed Cheer Game Day competition at UCA College Nationals.
The Vols outdistanced South Florida and Central Florida last year to win the title. Can they do it again? Oh, and it's unfolding live right now on Varsity TV!

The Ohio State Buckeyes were able to repeat in the Division IA Spirit Program Game Day competition, edging the University of Louisiana at Lafayette in the finals Friday evening in Orlando.
Ohio State's winning score was 95.1833m while UL Lafayette had 93.7167. The University of Washington was third with 93.7.

Results will be announced throughout the day on Friday as divisions complete their first rounds of competition. The first results have already started coming in with the first teams making finals and staking their claim amongst the best collegiate cheer and dance teams in the country.
