One Up Championships Grand Nationals is headed back to the Gaylord Opryland Resort & Convention Center in Nashville, Tennessee, after a year away.
The event last was held in Nashville in 2023 and traveled to Louisville, Kentucky in 2024.
One Up Grand Nationals brings together the best of the best in high-level cheer and dance competition, and Varsity TV will be there to provide livestreaming from March 28-30.
One Up Championships is known for its one-day events and national competitions, along with the prestigious season-ending One Up Grand Nationals.
The events feature special awards for sportsmanship and additional recognition for teams that can complete a routine without any deductions – those teams earn entry into the VIP Lounge!

One Up Grand Nationals makes its return to the Gaylord Opryland Resort & Convention Center in Nashville, Tennessee, which is far more than just a competition venue, it’s a complete vacation destination and a great way to conveniently combine a top-tier competition with an elite vacation.

The League by Varsity All Star
The League by Varsity All Star is the official ranking system for the sport of All Star cheerleading, changing the conversation from “Who won the weekend?” to “Who ranks at the top this season?”
Every team that competes at a Varsity All Star event this season will be included in The League by Varsity All Star.
Team rankings are determined by the points system displayed here. At each Varsity All Star event your team competes, your team will earn points based on the assigned event and placement point value.
At the end of the season, your six best Varsity All Star event scores will be used to calculate your final rank.
In total, 128 winners will be recognized from first to third place across each region.
One champion will be crowned in each of the five regions across the eight eligible divisions and two League 6 conferences, meaning 42 championships will be awarded in total. Champions will win cash and prizes!
